General conditions

- Article 1 – Application
1.1 These general conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and any agreement concluded at a distance between entrepreneur and consumer.
1.2 All offers and other statements by the supplier are optional, unless the supplier expressly indicates otherwise in writing.

- Article 3 – Price and Payment
3.1 All prices include tax (VAT) and other taxes which are imposed by the government.
3.2 Payment can be done by a secured IBAN/BIC bank transfer or PayPal transaction.
3.3 Once the consumer received their invoice payment needs to be done within 30 days
3.4 Refunds for digital delivered photos are not available.

- Article 4 – Delivery
4.1 Digital photos will be shipped online, the consumer will receive a private link to download their package after a payment confirmation from the bank or PayPal.
4.2 Printed photos will be shipped within 7 days. The exact time will be confirmed once the order has been placed.

- Article 5 – Copyrights
5.1 All items displayed on this website and other social media is copyright protected by De Vetpan studios. You’re not allowed to print, reduplicate or use these photos else where without written permission.
5.2 The Invoice is a license agreement between De Vetpan studios and the client, by completing your payment you agree to not redistribute, resell or share any of your purchased items.
