Article 1 - Application
1.1 These general conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and any agreement concluded at a distance between entrepreneur and customer.
1.2 All offers and other statements by the supplier are optional, unless the supplier expressly indicates otherwise in writing.

Article 3 - Price and Payment
3.1 All prices include tax (VAT) and other taxes which are imposed by the government.
3.2 Payment can be done by a secured IBAN/BIC bank transfer or a PayPal transaction.
3.3 All items displayed in the store can only be purchased by Credit Card or PayPal. Credit Card transactions and downloads are handled by Gumroad inc.
3.4 Refunds for Photoshop actions or digital delivered photos are not available.
Article 4 - Delivery
4.1 Digital photos will be shipped online, the customer will receive a private link to download their package after a payment confirmation from the bank or PayPal.
4.2 Printed photos will be shipped within 7 days. The exact time will be confirmed once the order has been placed.
4.3 All Photoshop actions are delivered by download. A download link is displayed and emailed after a successful transaction.
Article 5 - Copyrights
5.1 All the media published on this website is copyright protected by De Vetpan studios. You are allowed to reblog the content on your own personal blog as long as credits; "De Vetpan" + URL to the original post are visibly posted under the reblogged content. You are not allowed to print, reduplicate, edit or use the photos else where without the written permission of Siebe Warmoeskerken.
5.2 The Invoice/Gumroad receipt is a license agreement between De Vetpan studios and the client, by completing your payment you agree to not redistribute, resell or share any of your purchased items.
